The rooms also have TVs, showers with hot water, and all required amenities, making them a comfortable choice. Service can be improved based on the presentation of the hotel, but the staff is cordial and helpful. The location is a major advantage, being very proximal to BanGanga and the helipad, offering stunning views of the mountains of Jammu. The dining experience is decent with vegetarian food available. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory, providing a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is amazing, providing stunning views of the mountains of Jammu and being very proximal to BanGanga and the helipad for a convenient darshan experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and offer all necessary facilities, but there was an issue with the missing amenities in room B7, which was quite inconvenient, especially when visiting Vaishnodevi in the winter. The hotel's dining experience was underwhelming.
